In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 200 of 16.07.2010 regarding the regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova. The Bureau of Migration and Asylum requests the confirmation of investments by an auditor, in the case of:
- Granting and extending the right of temporary residence for associates or shareholders of legal entities with foreign investments registered in the Republic of Moldova:
The right of temporary residence is granted to the foreigner who has made investments in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 81/2004 regarding investments in entrepreneurial activity and is an associate or shareholder of legal entities in the Republic of Moldova.
- Granting and extending the right of temporary residence for work purposes for persons with managerial positions:
The right of temporary residence for work purposes is granted to persons who hold managerial positions and manage subordinate employed staff within a requesting beneficiary in which, in the last 3 years of management, investments were made in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 81/2004 regarding investments in entrepreneurial activity or jobs were created.
The right of temporary residence for work purposes for persons with managerial positions is granted for a period established under the conditions provided in art. 361 para. (3).
In the case where the requesting beneficiary does not meet the conditions provided in art. 361 para. (3), persons with managerial positions may obtain the right of temporary residence for work purposes in accordance with the provisions of art. 434.
